Reliance Development Group is a Sydney-based residential property developer creating homes and land in towns across Australia.
A home is more than four walls and a roof. It is where people build memories, raise families and come to know their neighbours. So every project starts with the surrounding neighbourhood, the architectural grain of the town, and what the people who will live there actually need.
For most buyers the family home is the largest investment of their lives. That fact sets the standard for how we plan, who we build with, and how directly we communicate.

Preshen Pather
CEO & Founder
Founded Reliance in Sydney in 2018 and still signs off on every acquisition, program and settlement. Buyers who call about a lot end up speaking with him rather than a sales layer. His measure of a project is whether it was delivered as described, on the timeline given, and stands up ten years after handover.
Adam Hartnell
Director, Development & Planning
Leads the planning side: due diligence on a parcel, the development application, and the conditions that come back with the approval. What a site can carry is settled before anything is drawn or promised.
Marcus Denholm
Project Manager, Delivery
Runs the build program from civil works to titled lots. He holds the contractors, the schedule and the budget together, stage by stage. Where a date moves, he is the one who says so early rather than at the end.
Erin Whitcombe
Director, Design
Responsible for how the homes and streets are drawn. She works from the grain of the town outward — orientation, setbacks, materials — so a new street reads as part of the place it joins. Specifications are chosen for how they wear, not how they photograph on release day.

The delivered portfolio spans Queensland and Tasmania: 155 lots at Burpengary across five stages, 14 townhouses at Kingston, 36 lots at Arthurs Lake in the Tasmanian highlands, and the two stages of allotments at Waverley outside Launceston.
The current pipeline adds New South Wales: 25 townhomes at Malua Bay, 16 dwellings at Batemans Bay, 39 lots at Wingham, and the Mataram Grove Estate on the Central Coast.
Reliance was founded in Sydney in 2018 and has worked on residential land and housing ever since.
