This website is operated by Reliance Development Group (referred to below as “we”, “us” and “our”).

By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is general

The material on this site is published for general information about our business and our developments. It is not a substitute for the contract documents for a property, or for advice from your own professional advisers.

Project information changes as a development progresses. We take care to keep the site current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is accurate, complete or up to date, and we may change, correct or remove material at any time without notice.

Artist impressions, plans and indicative information

Artist impressions, renders, photomontages, streetscapes, aerial imagery and lifestyle photography on this site are conceptual and for illustration only. They may show landscaping, finishes, furniture, fixtures, vehicles, vegetation, adjoining development and surrounding context that do not form part of what is offered for sale, and they should not be relied on as a depiction of any finished product.

Masterplans, staging plans, indicative lot layouts, floor plans, site plans, lot numbering, dimensions, areas, levels, orientations and setbacks shown on this site are indicative only. They are subject to survey, detailed design, engineering, construction tolerances, and the requirements and approvals of councils, authorities and service providers, and they may change without notice.

Location maps, travel times, distances, and references to schools, transport, shops, amenity and future infrastructure are indicative, drawn from sources we have not independently verified. Land surrounding our developments is not under our control and may be developed differently to anything shown or described.

Nothing on this site is a representation or warranty that any lot, dwelling, plan, stage, inclusion or finish will be delivered as shown. Before making any decision you should satisfy yourself by inspecting the current contract documents and registered plans for the lot or dwelling you are interested in.

Display homes, display suites and sales offices

A display home, display suite, display village or sales office is built and presented to demonstrate a design. It is not the standard product.

Inclusions, finishes, fixtures, appliances, joinery, floor and wall coverings, window furnishings, lighting, furniture, styling props, landscaping, driveways, fencing, decking, pools and outdoor structures shown in or around a display are frequently upgrades, options or items added for presentation only, and are not included in a standard lot or dwelling.

A display may also be built to a different size, orientation, level or specification to the lot or dwelling you are considering. Only the inclusions and specifications expressly set out in the contract of sale and its annexures are included in what you buy.

No offer, no contract, no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to contract, or a contract, and no statement on it forms part of any contract of sale. Where anything on this site is inconsistent with a contract of sale, disclosure statement or registered plan, that document prevails.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, taxation, legal or property advice, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.

You should obtain your own independent legal, financial and taxation advice, and rely on your own enquiries and inspections, rather than on anything published here.

Pricing and availability

Prices, price guides, availability of lots and dwellings, release dates, inclusions, promotions and delivery or settlement timeframes shown on this site are indicative, apply at the time of publication, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

Nothing on this site reserves a lot or dwelling for you. A property is only secured on the terms of a signed contract.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, imagery, photography, renders, plans, masterplans, brochures and other downloadable documents, video, logos, trade marks, and the design and code of the site itself — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and print or download material for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering one of our developments. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.

Our name, our logo and our project names may not be used without our written permission.

Third-party links and embedded content

This site may link to third-party websites and may embed third-party content such as maps, video and social media. Those services are not under our control.

We provide them for convenience only. We do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, or for the way they handle your information. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.

You must not use it to transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or offensive material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, harvest content or contact details by automated means, or submit an enquiry using another person's details without their consent.

We may restrict, suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions that are not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of opportunity — arising out of the use of, or reliance on, this site or anything published on it.

We do not warrant that this site will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability may be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Indemnity

You indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense we reasonably incur arising out of your breach of these terms, or your unlawful or unauthorised use of this site.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by our own act or omission, and it is reduced to the extent we could reasonably have mitigated it.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through this site is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

The contact form on our contact page is the only place this site collects personal information. Submitting it sends us an email so that we can reply to you. It does not subscribe you to anything — this site has no mailing list and no subscriptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and of the courts that hear appeals from them.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder continues to apply.

Entire agreement and no waiver

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site, and they replace anything said or published about it beforehand. They do not affect any contract of sale or other agreement between you and us, which stands on its own terms.

If we delay or do not enforce any part of these terms, that is not a waiver of it, and it does not prevent us enforcing that part or any other part later.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing an amended version on this page.

The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies to that use, so please check back from time to time.
