Reliance brings its first coastal community to the New South Wales south coast.

Twenty-five townhomes set moments from Malua Bay Beach and McKendries Beach, arranged across terraced benches that step down with the natural fall of the site. A shaded pocket park and communal open space sit at the centre of the community.

Each home opens onto a private terrace off the kitchen and living areas, oriented to the light and the outlook. The development is DA approved and now moving into construction.
